Offers are applicable on the purchase of dell Inspiron 3000 series, Inspiron 5000 series, Inspiron 7000 series, Inspiron 2 in 1 series, Dell gaming series, Alienware, XPS, Inspiron desktops, AIO, Vostro Desktops, Dell Plus Series with service tag valid in India through the authorized dell outlets including the below

• Financing and warranty / goodies offer cannot be clubbed together.
• The offer is valid for purchases made by individual consumers only
• Offer is applicable on select stores and outlets only.
• Offer applicable on selected processors & windows SKUs only.
• For the correct bundle code during registration, please reach out to the partner from where you have purchased the product.
• The purchased dell products have to be activated within 7 days from date of purchase.
• The purchased dell product should not have been activated 6 months prior to the date of purchase. In case the purchased dell product got activated 6 months prior to date of purchase, the case will be approved by dell claim team post verifying details.
• Offers are not applicable on purchases made online through e-commerce program. Amazon purchases if eligible for the offer should be registered under the appropriate program for Amazon during program selection.

Redemption process

• Log on to `https://dellconsumeroffer.com/register and register as per the above stipulated guidelines to avail the offer.

Registration requires submission of following details.

• Name
• Postal address
• Email id and contact mobile number
• Scanned copy of invoice
• Service tag detail
• Scanned copy of invoice with valid stamp and signature of the store.
• Sales Affiliate (SA) code of the authorized store (optional)
• Post registration and validation, eligible participants shall receive registration approval intimation on their registered mobile number through SMS and email address within ten(10) working days and the amount is required to be paid as expediency charges. The expediency charges will be required to be paid through the payment gateway within seven (7) working days from the date of receipt of the registration approval mail. The payment gateway link will be provided in the SMS.
• Upon realization of payment according to offer selected, you will receive a SMS update regarding the payment acknowledgement and providing the timelines regarding the offer goodies activation.
• In case of any discrepancy, the payment will be refunded to customer back within thirty(30) working days.

Important timelines

• Registration to be completed within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase.
• Post registration approval mail, eligible customers are requested to make payment of the expediency charges as per the redemption guidelines within seven (7) working days from the date of receipt of the communication.

Any issue regarding claim offers or gift if not registered within twenty five (25) calendar days of registration, it will be considered lapsed. No query will be entertained for that reference number later. Any registration issue should be raised within five (5) days of purchase of Dell Product.

Financing

• Easy EMI options available on bank discretion/eligibility only. Kindly connect with your retailer for further assistance about the same.
• Interest free financing offers are available from Bajaj Finance and HDB Financial Services and is subject to their terms & conditions of eligibility
• Financing and warranty/goodie offers cannot be clubbed together. Customers can either avail financing offers or warranty/goodie offers
• Financing, cashback, warranty or any other offer is not applicable on products with Intel Pentium series or AMD Athlon series processors.

Dispatch timelines

• Additional - Dell next business day onsite warranty upgrade and accidental damage service upgrade – within twenty-one (21) working days from payment realization.
• All hard goodies including speakers, earbuds, headsets, mouse, etc. within forty-five(45) working days from payment realization

Cashback offers

• Cashback offer if any is applicable only once per card during the offer period on select banks & cards.
• Cashback offer is only applicable on select products and stores as determined by Dell.
• Cashback will be an instant discount if the store has enrolled in the instant cashback program. Otherwise, cashback amount will be credited to the customer's account within ninety(90) days of purchase.
• Dell reserves the right to change, cancel or supplement the promotion or these terms and conditions at any time, and may cancel, terminate or discontinue the promotion at anytime without prior notice.

EPP offer redemption:

• Offer is applicable for NMDC, Coal India, Bihar Government, PGCI, ONGC, SCCL, NALCO, Madhya Pradesh Patwari, Bihar Police employees.
• Select "EPP offers" under program name to avail the offers.
• Upload official organization ID card in the ID card field.
• If 2 year warranty upgrade cannot be processed due to any reason, 1 year warranty upgrade will be provided and customer will be compensated with an Amazon voucher worth Rs. 999
• All other terms and conditions as per the regular offer programs apply.

Terms & conditions

• For offer eligibility, mandatory registration is required on https://dellconsumeroffer.com as per the offer redemption guidelines. Please reach out on 1800-2100-171 or raise a query through the portal.
• Registration done post the stipulated period will lead to automatic disqualification and dell will have no liability of the same.
• Providing incorrect or insufficient details at the time of registration, will lead to automatic rejection of the offer entitlement.
• Mandatory for customer name and service tag to match with the details provided at the time of registration.
• Validation of the details and document provided at the time of registration will be completed within 3 working days from the date of submission.
• Post registration acceptance confirmation, eligible participants are requested to make payment (according to the offer selected) as per the redemption process guidelines, failure to adhere to same would lead to automatic disqualification.
• Those intimated with registration rejection are kindly requested to reach out to the concerned contacts mentioned in the redemption guidelines.
• Invoice should clearly mention customer name, date of purchase, complete model number, service tag, operating system, graphic/non-graphic & bundle code.
• Purchase invoice and id proofs should be in a proper readable format, failing to do so would lead to offer entitlement being automatically rejected.
• Any warranty related query/complaint can be only raised within 30 days of registration done under the promotion.
• Offer entitlement or rejection will be intimated through the registered email id and mobile number only.
• Invoices issued in favour of organizations or companies will not be eligible for the offer.
• Standard warranty is applicable from the date of manufacture.
• Only next business day support would be provided with this offer.
• Out of warranty and imported systems are not part of the offer and dell has no liability on the same. It is the liability of the customer.
• Additional warranty will be effective for 2 years starting from the date of expiry of 1st year.
• Additionally, dell next business day onsite warranty is over and above the standard warranty and the same shall be applicable for 2nd and 3rd year from the date of manufacture.
• Additional warranty does not include accidental damage protection services.
• Any additional warranty is not available on products that come with 2 years in built warranty
• Any additional warranty purchased shall not be for 4th and 5th year extension.
• Cash redemption is not permissible in this offer.
• Post the redemption process, claims or orders cannot in any manner be cancelled or modified.
• In the event of non-availability of the any goodies, the eligible participant will be provided with other items as per the sole discretion of dell.
• Customers are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer.
• In the event of the claim offer being rejected post receiving payment according to the offer selected, dell shall, in its sole discretion, take a decision and such decision shall be final.
• In case of any rejection by dell post payment acknowledgement, refund will take minimum of 30 days from the intimation of the rejected date.
• While all efforts are made to check pricing and other errors, inadvertent errors do occur from time to time and dell reserves the right to decline orders arising from such errors without providing any explanation.
• All applicable taxes shall be borne by the eligible participant.
• The decision of dell on any matters in relation to or arising from the offer shall be final and binding.
• Dell reserves the right to reject any offer application if the criteria for qualifications are not met.
• Dell reserves the right to decline orders arising from any error or false statements/declarations provided by the customer without providing any explaination.

Accidental damage service will be effective for 3 years starting from the date of system purchase date

What is covered:

• Liquid spilled on or in unit
• Drops, falls, and other collisions
• Electrical surge
• Damaged or broken lcd due to a drop or fall

What is not covered:

• Damage due to fire
• Intentional damage (such as hammer marks)
• Normal wear
• Cosmetic damage
• Consumable parts (ex. Bulbs, toner)
• Theft (covered under accidental damage with theft service)

Legal disclosures:

1. The term of Service purchased may not exceed the length of Customer’s underlying Delimited hardware warranty, or service contract for the Supported Product. This Agreement does not cover and we are not obligated to repair or replace: Any damages arising from acts of God such as, but not limited to, lightning, flooding, tornado, earthquakes, and hurricanes. 
   Service coverage is limited to one Qualified Incident per Supported Product per 12 month period commencing from the start date of the term of Service.
2. If you need service for the System outside the Covered Service Area (for example, while traveling, or if the System has been relocated to a new country), then Dell may offer you other service options for an additional charge.
